The tiny particles penetrate porous materials and rebound from surfaces creating a dry vapor. The vapor creates an uninhabitable environment that mold, bacteria, cannot survive.

The InstaPURE Process

The first of two stages of fogging, we fill the property with our sterilant. We do so by using our proprietary, patented fog machine which deploys the product in a novel way. The application consists of Peracetic Acid (PAA) which is one of only eight antimicrobial actives the Environmental Protection Agency includes on their Safer Chemical Ingredients List, where it also labels PAA as “verified to be of low concern based on experimental and modeled data.” It eradicates mold by chemically eroding the cell wall (lysis) and denaturing the protein within, rendering it inert nothingness.
